We are a 255 acre facility located approximately two hours east of Los Angeles in the San Bernardino National Forest at an elevation of 5,000 feet.
Although Thousand Pines is surrounded by great natural beauty and great recreational opportunities, our primary goal is to create a distraction-free environment where our guests have opportunities to see, know and experience God.
Our goal is to exceed our guests’ expectations at every level. To do this takes teams of high performing staff who posess servant’s hearts and embrace the value of saying “yes” to our guests whenever feasible- even if it requires extra work (and it usually does.) summer staff
Each summer we hire 40-60 staff for our summer program camps that we run from June-August. We usually begin recruiting Feb-Mar and seek to fill all positions by May. If you are at least 18 years of age and are interested in finding out more about a summer staffing experience at Thousand Pines, we invite you to download and complete and application.
Positions include: Counseling, Food
Services, Guest Services, Recreation, Audio/Video, Grounds and Shopworking.
You will work hard, but also get a front row seat at seeing lives changed-
and make some lifetime friends and memories. We invite you to pray about spending
a summer in the mountains at Thousand Pines. It could be the best summer of
your life!
