Thousand Pines employs over 20 full-time employees. Throughout the year, many seasonal and part-time employees assist in meeting the needs of over 25,000 campers and guests every year. During the summer, the staff grows by over 45 select Christians who have the desire to serve Jesus Christ in the unique ministry of Christian Camping. Each are chosen from a variety of geographical areas, regardless of race, color, sex, age, national origin, handicap, or veteran status. Thousand Pines is a Christian, not for profit, interdenominational camping ministry.
